Return & Exchange Policy

We hope every piece you receive brings you joy. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


1) Opened Items

For hygiene reasons, jewelry items such as earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets are considered personal accessories. Once the packaging has been opened, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

2) Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, we will assist with a return or exchange and cover the return shipping cost.

3) Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been opened, worn, or used (opening the box/packaging is considered opened)
  • Sale items or promotional products
  • Orders placed with incorrect size selection or personal preference

Please double-check size, materials, and product details before ordering to avoid misunderstandings.

4) What Is Not Considered a Defect

The following are considered normal and do not qualify for return or exchange:

  • Slight color differences due to screen display variations
  • Not as expected (style/size expectations based on personal preference)
  • Minor surface marks from production or shipping
  • Measurement tolerance within ±0.3 cm
  • Sterling silver earring posts may bend slightly due to the softness of silver (can be gently adjusted)
  • Wear and tear caused by daily use or handling (please follow care instructions)

5) If You Receive a Defective Item

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Send photos clearly showing the issue
  3. After we confirm it’s not caused by use, we will arrange the return/exchange and cover shipping

Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be processed.

6) Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Coupons, store credits, and discount codes are promotional discounts and cannot be refunded once used.
  • For bundle promotions, refunds will be calculated based on the bundle pricing structure. Partial returns of bundled items are not supported.
  • If a return causes the order to fall below a promotional threshold (e.g., a free gift offer), the gift must be returned. Otherwise, the gift value will be deducted from the refund.
